M & A Distributors (Pvt) Ltd was established on 20th November 2017 as a Limited Liability Company with three Directors. The managing Director is Dheshamanya Lion Jayasiri Andaraweera and the other directors are Mrs. L. M. Gayathtri Anurddhika and Miss. Piumi Madushika Andaraweera. The Head office of the company is located at Kelaniya to provide better and faster service to the customers. In 2017 the company build its own operation center consists of modern offices and stores with all the required facilities.

At present, the company is distributing Imported Genuine Three Wheelers and Motorcycle Spare Parts with a dealer network of more than 700 dealers Island-wide. M & A Distributors (Pvt) Ltd is the authorized distributor of Maco Private Limited especially for Maco Brand Connecting Rod Kits, Brake Shoes, Brake Pads, Clutch Plates, Pressure Plates, Crank Shaft Assy and Goetze Brand Piston Assembly and TP Rings, Cylinder Bore Assy, Monroe Shockbsorbers of Federal-Mogul Goetze India Limited.
